The eagerly awaited first new homes at Circus West Battersea Power Station have been launched. In a surprise move, the developer has given Londoners the first bite of the cherry.

The first 800 properties at the 39-acre site
are due for completion in 2016

Circus West residents will have access to a business centre, private cinema and a host of additional amenities. Not to mention private gardens and a 5,000 sq ft private residents’ club, designed by the renowned David Linley. It will be home to a private bar and private dining space.
